By accessing or using Desireedit' services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our website, clients, and any individuals engaging with our services.

2. Services

Desireedit offers video editing, social media management, and personal brand building services. Clients must provide clear instructions and expectations before the start of each project to ensure a successful outcome.

3. Payment Terms

  • 40% Advance Payment: After editing the first 1-2 videos, 40% of the total project fee is required upfront.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 60% is due upon the completion of 15 videos or as mutually agreed.

4. Delivery and Revisions

We strive to deliver all projects on time. Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions per project.

5. Ownership and Rights

Desireedit retains the rights to the edited materials until full payment is received. Once payment is completed, all rights to the content are transferred to the client.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all client content and will not share or distribute your materials without explicit consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding balance for services already rendered will be due.

8. Liability

Desireedit is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services. We are committed to delivering quality work, but the final responsibility lies with the client to review and approve the content.

9. Communication Regarding Payments

To maintain professionalism and clarity, clients are strictly prohibited from discussing payments, charges, or any financial matters directly with our editors. Our editors are employed on a salary basis and are not authorized to negotiate or discuss project fees.

If a client engages in any discussion about payments with an editor or violates any of our agency's policies, Desireedit reserves the right to terminate the project immediately. In such cases, we will not assume any further responsibility for the video editing work, and we will discontinue the professional relationship with the client.

10. Restriction on Direct Projects with Editors

While working with Desireedit, clients are not permitted to assign any additional projects directly to our editors. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the termination of your current project, and no further services will be provided.
