By accessing or using Desireedit' services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our website, clients, and any individuals engaging with our services.
Desireedit offers video editing, Graphic Design and content writing services. Clients must provide clear instructions and expectations before the start of each project to ensure a successful outcome.
Your first video will be delivered within 2 days after receiving all necessary materials and clear instructions.
After the first video, all future videos will be delivered within 24 hours unless stated otherwise.
Clients must provide all necessary editing materials (raw footage, brand guidelines, instructions, etc.) before we start working.
If materials are incomplete or unclear, delays may occur. DesireEdits will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to incomplete submissions.
The first video is paid after delivery – once you are satisfied with the quality, we will proceed with the full project.
To begin the project, we require a 35-40% advance payment after completing the first video.
The remaining balance is due once our team has completed work equal to the advance payment received.
We strive to deliver all projects on time and ensure high-quality output.
Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions per project to guarantee satisfaction.
DesireEdits retains the rights to the edited materials until full payment is received.
Once payment is completed, all rights to the content are transferred to the client.
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all client content.
DesireEdits will not share or distribute your materials without explicit consent.
Clients are strictly prohibited from discussing payments, charges, or any financial matters directly with our editors.
Our editors are salaried professionals and are not authorized to negotiate or discuss project fees.
If a client violates this policy by discussing payments with an editor, ****DesireEdits reserves the right to terminate the project immediately without further responsibility for the work.
While working with Desireedit, clients are not permitted to assign any additional projects directly to our editors. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the termination of your current project, and no further services will be provided.
